Patient Financial Assistance

A cancer diagnosis affects the whole family. The Foundation’s mission is to help ease the burden for families in need. The Patient Financial Assistance program provides funds for living expenses for eligible cancer patients. Mortgage payments and utilities assistance are among eligible expenses. Applicants must have a medical diagnosis of cancer, documented by his/her licensed medical provider, and be receiving cancer treatment. Treatment includes currently receiving some form of anti-cancer drug therapy and/or radiation therapy at the time of submitting the Patient Assistance Application. Funds are limited, and the availability of grant monies may vary based on how much has been raised within a particular community.
