The first ever Survive & Thrive Symposium in Waco on Saturday, April 27, was a fantastic day! To start us off, Tamika Felder shared her own experience and how it influenced the course of her life afterward. Additional experts covered a variety of topics including fear of recurrence, late & long-term effects of treatment, nutrition and intimacy. In the afternoon participants engaged in an art therapy directive to outwardly express their cancer journey.
