The second annual Survive & Thrive Symposium in Beaumont was held on Saturday, November 2 at The Laurels. Stephanie Howard, founder and executive director of Triumphant Warrior, shared her personal journey of perseverance and reminded us all of the power of community. Experts covered a variety of topics including art therapy, late & long-term effects, nutrition, intimacy and fear of recurrence.
